Bio of Diane Lucidi

Diane Lucidi is the Executive Vice President of the Greater Philadelphia Association of REALTORS®. GPAR, for short, is a member-based organization that proudly boasts 1800+ members. GPAR advocates for the rights of private property owners while providing their members with educational and business related information.

 

Prior to being the EVP, Diane was the Government Affairs Director for the Organization. Under her leadership, the Association was able to win numerous legislative victories such as lifting the ban on Sold signs, 10 year real estate tax abatements, Lowering the city wage tax, etc.

 

Diane has been given a Lifetime Achievement Award and named in the Congressional Library’s Who’s Who in Leadership, she Chairs the Association Executive Committee at the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® AE Committee, she is a “Ghost” writer for the Philadelphia City Paper, a Board Member of Philadelphia Forward, an active member of the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce’s Tax and Legislative Committees and a champion of Land Value Tax.
