Research Assistant (part-time) next opening anticipated December 2010
We are seeking a research assistant to help with data cleaning and analysis. The research assistant must be flexible, able to work with a team as well as independently and meet deadlines. Interest in housing, real estate or local public finance are pluses, but not absolutely necessary. The work requires close attention to detail; proficiency in Excel, familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server, and some experience working with large datasets. The RA must commit approximately 8 - 16 hours per week.
